Monday

- Shake. Coconut milk, 1/2 banana, cocoa powder, honey, protein powder.
- Greek yogurt with mixed nuts
- Out for sushi. Green dragon roll, agedashi tofu, shiitakee roll. 
- Steamed veggies, chicken breast
- 1 hr boxing, 1 hr conditioning. Blue team kickin ass! Feeling good about. Just over a week away from fight night. It's on.
- Protein drink
