I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

...and my neck kills from the beating I took yesterday. Great! 2 more days of exercise and rest day comes.
- Greek yogurt with mixed nuts
- Chicken shawarma sandwich
- 2 hr boxing session. Hurt. Neck is soooooar.
- Protein drink
- Stir fried mixed veggies with water, taco seasoning for flavour. Fried scallops in some butter.
