Thursday

- Shake. Cartoned coconut milk, strawberry, banana, protein powder. 
- Americano. Work reasons. 
- Chicken breast, spinach, brocolli salad
- 1/2 a cupcake. Too much sugar.
- Protein bar
- Boiled veggies, chicken breast... Again.
- Seaweed
