Wednesday.

7:30 a.m: Flax and Almond cereal with soy milk.

1 p.m: Take out below. Lots of shit in there, I didn't finish it all. Salad, 2 falafel's, chickpeas, hummus, coleslaw, tabouli and lentils.
7:00 p.m: Went to Fresh with some co-workers and had the following. Veggie burger with mushroom, onion, alfalfa sprouts, mayo, spinach, tomato.
I feel super full. Gym got canceled today so I am going Friday at lunch instead. So I feel like I've done nothing today.
