Thursday.

Almost Friday, thank God.

Exercise (7 a.m): 45 minute boot camp. I was feeling sluggish this morning... didn't stop me from sweating my ass off. 40 full sit ups in a row... SERIOUSLY?!? ... but it got done.

11:30 p.m: Had an orange

12:30 p.m: Went to The Banknote. Not too bad. I might have cheated. I got a grilled veggie wrap (had ranch dressing in there) and fries. Fries were too much. I still feel bloated.
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 30 min walk outside. I hate nature. 

7:30 p.m: Protein shake. Soy milk, ice, protein powder, strawberries.
