I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: Banana
9:00 a.m: Handful of almonds.
12:30 p.m: Falafel lunch thing. Lentil rice was delicious.
F-ing hot out. I do not approve. I only approve if I were swimming, which I obviously am not. I will stay in my freezing cold office for the remainder of the day.
Exercise (5:00 p.m): 1 hour personal training. Had a protein bar right after.
