Exercise (7:00 a.m): 45 minute boot camp.

9:15 a.m: Oatmeal. This is getting delicious with all this stuff I add to it. So, oatmeal, water, flax seed, cinnamon, coconut shavings and sliced banana.
11:00 a.m: May have had like 2 thin pieces of carrot cake... damn the office temptations.

12:30 p.m: I went to Z Teca. I enjoy it there and I think I'm one of few who does. Anyways, I got a veggie burrito. Ingredients include whole wheat tortilla, rice, beans, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, mild salsa, onion, green peppers. So F-in good.
6:30 p.m: Put asparagus and broccoli in the oven, drizzled with olive oil, garlic and salt. Then some boiled potato with greek yogurt. Yum! Also had a low fat English muffin with hummus.
