Exercise (7:00 a.m.): 1 hour with trainer.

9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, flax seed, water, banana. Cinnamon is great. It masks the strange flavour of my protein powder.

12:00 p.m: The usual salad. Arugula, goat cheese, TVP, red pepper, tomato. Also had some trail mix that was laying around.

7:00 p.m: First attempt at wheatberry salad... great success!! :) Call it a knock off of tabouli.

Wheatberry, parsley, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, green onion, sunflower seeds, S&P, tomato.

 8:30 p.m: Gotta love kale. So good and so good for you. I toasted it lightly in bit of olive oil/salt. Nice snack.
