8:00 a.m: Banana
9:00 a.m: Baby carrots
12:00 p.m: The usual salad. Which is making my stomach feel funny now, ugh. Arugula, goat cheese, red pepper, green onion, TVP, balsamic dressing.

Exercise (5:30 p.m): 1 hour with trainer. Killed it!
7:30 p.m: Boiled baby potatoes and had with greek yogurt, baked some asparagus, broccoli, coleslaw in olive oil, garlic, lemon. So good!
