I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Nothing like a day off. It's freezing out and I love everything about it.
4:00 p.m: Ate some food at the parent's house. Followed by some chocolate.
Grilled zucchini, mushroom, hummus, coleslaw.

<><><>9:00 p.m>>>>>: The usual. Put everything in a pan. Tomato, zucchini, quinoa, corn, carrot, peas, mushroom, broccoli, garlic, S&P, olive oil.
