I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

11:00 a.m: Cereal with flax seed and rice milk.
12:30 p.m: Ugh. Yes, AGAIN! Green beans in garlic sauce and fried tofu.
6:30 p.m: Veggie burrito.
7:15 p.m: Marble Slab.
My eating habits suck these days so I have no right to complain about the fact that I think I've lost like no weight.
