Saturday

Exercise (1:00 p.m): 1.5 hrs at the gym.

2:00 p.m: Protein bar.

2:30 p.m: Avocado with garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, salt. Nachos.

7:30 p.m: Fancy, over-priced but oh so delicious sushi.
Sushi Moto. Yonge/Sheppard. Try it.
Cool cup. Agree with it all!
 9:00 p.m: Ice cream over waffle. No comment.
