I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

11:00 a.m: Cereal with flax seed and rice milk. I have no food at all in the fridge.
12:00 p.m: Protein bar
Off to a facial! Go online coupons!
2:30 p.m: Parfait
4:00 p.m: All you can eat sushi. Don't judge me.
7:00 p.m onwards: Friends came over. We board gamed it up. I had chips mostly throughout the night.
