Day one of staycation! Yea!

Exercise (8:00 a.m): Protein bar pre workout. 1 hour with trainer.

10:00 a.m: Went grocery shopping for the week. Had some of this at the Loblaw's. Small container.
1:00 p.m: Hmm, pretty good. Stir fry. Broccoli, carrots, peas, corn, red pepper, mushroom, tofu, teriyaki sauce.
3:00 p.m: Small bit of cottage cheese

5:45 p.m: Leftovers from the lunch, added more broccoli for greeness! 

8:00 p.m: Went to a friend's house. We had fat, sugar free popsicles. Pretty good!
