I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

5:30 a.m: Cereal with rice milk
Exercise (7:00 a.m): Back at it. 45 min boot camp.
12:30 p.m: Indian. Yea.
3:00 p.m: Yea, bad influces at work. Damnit. There was Toblerone next to me. I think I had 3 small pieces.

9: 30 p.m: Late dinner. Big ol pan of teriyaki tofu stir fry! mmm! Made enough for lunch tomorrow. Gotta stop eating out. Spending too much! Formatting issues with this line. UGH. I don't care. Why is the image up top and won't move? F.
