11:00 a.m: Banana with some almond butter

Exercise (4 p.m): 30 mins on the treadmill

5:00 p.m: Damn avocados. They go bad so fast you have to eat them. I didn't want it but oh well.

7:45 p.m: Some cottage cheese, grapes afterwards

9:30 p.m: Put some broccoli in a pan with veggie oil, melted cheese over it afterwards. How else do you stomach broccoli?
