2:00 p.m: Plain oatmeal, water, cinnamon, banana

Exercise (4:00 p.m): 1 hour on the treadmill

7:00 p.m: Tabouli, or at least my version of it. Parsley, tomato, wheatberry, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt. Some fried asparagus in coconut oil.
9:00 p.m: Grapes
