9:30 a.m: Almonds, grapes

12:30 p.m: Chinese New Year. Co-worker took us out for dim sum! Not too bad. I managed to keep it veggie and keep it somewhat healthy.

Had chocolate covered almonds throughout the afternoon.

7:30 p.m: Mmmm! Something new. Fried Chinese broccoli (Yea, I had some at lunch and now I'm a fan) and mushrooms in coconut oil, sliced zucchini and put some tomato sauce, cheese, green onion and garlic powder.
9:00 p.m: So, I made these. Coconut macaroons. They were tasty but didn't turn out quite right. Something was missing. I just read it again and I forgot flour. IDIOT! Hah. It's ok. It was still edible.
