I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

6:00 a.m: Protein bar
Exercise (7 a.m): 45 min boot camp
8:45 a.m: Protein shake. So good.
1:00 p.m: Salad. See below and click on pic to get ingredients. You care sooo much, I know.
4:00 p.m: Banana with cinnamon and cocoa powder
7:30 p.m: Ummmm, delicious dinner alert!! Very filling as well. Avocado, tomato, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, wheatberry on a bed of kale with some salt and dried basil. Mmmmm!
9:00 p.m onwards: Went to Timmie's with some friends. Had bad stuff. French vanilla, a cookie, chocolate danish and um, some bread. Whoa.
