9:00 a.m: Oatmeal with cinnamon, honey, banana, water
12:30 p.m: Ravi soups. Yum. Butternut squash soup with veggie wrap


5:00 p.m: Some pretzels, goldfish a bit later

8:15 p.m: Chinese and regular broccoli fried in coconut oil, tempeh
