I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

6:00 a.m: Some juice
Exercise (7 a.m.): 45 min boot camp
9:45 a.m: Apple with my homemade Nutella using this recipe. Yum!
12:15 p.m: Broccoli and hummus. Borrrrrring.
4:00 p.m: Handful of almonds
6:45 p.m: Kale, 2 eggs, broccoli with coconut oil. Salt over it all.
9:00 p.m: Smoothie, shake? What is this? In a blender I mixed almond butter, rice milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, oats, frozen banana, water.
