I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

9:30 a.m: Apple with cinnamon and almond butter. Loving it.
12:15 p.m: Work catered lunch. I had two half sandwhiches, which made one complete one I guess? Some potato salad. Few bite sizes samosas.
Hershey's kisses at reception. Bahhhhh.
7:00 p.m: Stir fry. Over coconut oil and with parmesan cheese.
