Saturday

Woke up wayyy too late so didn't have breakfast til like what is an early dinner. Hah.

4:30 p.m: Pan with vegan butter, veggies, eggs and with greek yogurt. Not bad. Protein filled.
Exercise (8:00 p.m): 45 mins at the gym. Mix of cardio and weights.

9:00 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, protein powder, frozen berries

10:00 p.m: Felt like junk food. :( I made this. Chocolate rice crispie treats.. with kinda healthyish ingredients.
