Sunday

11:00 a.m: Few almonds

Exercise (11:30 ish a.m): I ran... OUTSIDE! Not tooooo bad for my first time attempting almost 5k. Got the Runkeeper app and am a fan.
1:00 p.m: 3 scrambled eggs and broccoli with parm cheese. All with vegan butter.
Sugar addiction continues. I made these. Kinda sorta healthy but not really cause it uses brown sugar.
Who'd think the main ingredient is chick peas!
Exercise (6:30 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill. 10 running.

7:30 p.m: Protein shake. Rice milk, protein powder, berries

9:30 p.m: Cup of green tea.
