I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

12:00 p.m: Breakfast. 2 eggs omelet with butter, put spinach and goat cheese in it. Tempeh as my bacon.
Exercise (4:00 p.m): Ran 5k. 38 mins, as usual. WTF! It's odd. Never even a minute off.
5:15 p.m: Protein drink.
6:00 p.m: Dinner. I'm not a rabbit, I swear. This couldn't be any greener. Meh. Kale chips with brussel sprouts and broccoli.
Exercise (8:30 p.m): Played squash with friends. That shit is some good cardio!
