Thursday

9:45 a.m: Apple with almond butter, cinnamon, honey.

1:00 p.m: Falafel sandwich

2:00 p.m: Baby carrots

4:00 p.m: Protein bar, 1 Starburst candy

Exercise (7:00 p.m): 5 km run

8:00 p.m: Broccoli fried in vegan butter. 3 egg omelet with goat cheese and spinach
