Wednesday

9:15 a.m: Fried egg and cheese English muffin.

12:15 p.m: Indian buffet. Yeesh. I pretty much always just go for the butter chicken, but take out all the chicken. Yea yea I'm  shitty vegetarian. Who cares. Anyway, today there was barely any sauce and it was all chicken. So it was annoying. Ah well. I feel nice and fat. Better run tonight.

Exercise (7:45 p.m): Ran 5km. 38 minutes. The usual.

8:30 p.m: Salad with goat cheese, spinach, tomato, olive oil, lemon juice, salt. Broccoli and mushrooms fried in vegan butter.
9:30 p.m: Protein shake. Just water and powder.
