Sunday

12:30 p.m: Scrambled eggs and broccoli
 3:00 p.m: Parents house.  Tabouli and potato salad. Had chocolate after and a small bowl of frozen yogurt.
7:30 p.m: Handful of almonds. Cup of juice.

8:30 p.m: protein shake. Coconut milk, frozen berries, protein powder.
