I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Week over yet?
Feel good today though. Don't mess it up world.
6:00 a.m: 2 hard boiled eggs
Exercise (7 a.m): 1 hr at gym. Various things, mostly cardio.
1:00 p.m: Fritatta and Salad.
Had some chips in the afternoon.
6:30 p.m: Middle eastern food. I ate half that plate though. Very filling.
9:30 p.m: Protein shake. Coconut milk, berries, protein powder.
