This morning feels good. I don't feel overworked today and I would like to be stress free.
Decided I may take a trip to New York in August. I have a week off and F it, I wanna enjoy it. Just thinking I'll go alone for a few days and shop it up. After all, I'm gonna be ripped by that point right?

8:00 a.m: Few almonds

9:30 a.m: Fried egg and cheese English muffin.

1:15 p.m: Thai veggie curry with tofu and brown rice. I'm really into this right now. I'll get over it. It seems pretty healthy but I don't know what they use in the base. It's a vegan place so it's not cream or milk. Ingredients say coconut milk. That's it?? Cause if all they used is coconut milk and curry powder.... that's awesome that it can taste this good.

3:00 p.m: Had some BBQ chips and a few Hersheys kisses.

Pretty sure I've lost a few pounds. I'm gonna try and get weighed tomorrow morning and see. These chips just now didn't help.

Exercise (7:30 p.m): 1 hr boot camp. Was held outside at Trinity Bellwoods park. Holy hipster central!! Anyway, it was good. A lot of hills and running from dogs. hah.

9:15 p.m: Had a protein drink after.

10:30 p.m: 1 hard boiled egg.
