Crazy times at work. It'll calm down. It always does.

9:30 a.m: Grapes

12:30 p.m: There was free pizza at work. Had it. 3 slices of veggie.

4:30 p.m: Apple with my home made Nutella.

Exercise (7:30 p.m): 1 hour boot camp. Second day. I have never ever sweat like I am in this class. Like I look like I am in the shower. Love it though. Today I tried boxing... pretty fun! Loving this class so far.

8:45 p.m: Protein drink

10:00 p.m: Late dinner. Sucks. I should have just not eaten but I think I actually need the calroies after that workout. Salad with arugula, 1/2 an avocado, almonds, tomato, red pepper, goat cheese, olive oil, lemon, salt.
