I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

1:00 p.m: Apple with almond butter, honey and cinnamon
4:00p.m: Banana. Then some fatoush. Google it. Scoop of some frozen yogurt my parents had in a sugar cone.
6:00 p.m: Out. Had a 'potato tornado'. See below. Fries, essentially.
9:00 p.m: Sludge. Hah. So in my pan there is coconut oil, tomato sauce, onion, cheese, frozen spinach, corn, few random veggies and spaghetti squash. Actually kinda delicious. Also had miso soup that I made. Ate about half that. Was full.
