Saturday

11:00 a.m: Frozen berries, coconut milk, protein powder.

2:00 p.m: cracker chip things

5:00 p.m: Parfait. Yogurt, granola, strawberries

Exercise (7:30 p.m): Ran 5k. It was tougher than usual but I made same time as usual.

9:15 p.m: Hate that dinner was so late. Busy day. Anyway, holy full plate Batman. We've got boiled brussels sprouts, 2 eggs, sweet potato and kale fried in coconut oil.
Didn't eat the kale. I only had a few. Needed to be fried more.
