12:30 p.m: Apple slices with almond butter, honey and cinnamon

3:00 p.m: At a BBQ. I had more chips that needed, 2 veggie burgers, some potato salad and a few low fat popsicles.

Yup. That's all I ate all day. Sad. Wait!

9:00 p.m: Banana
