I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: Few almonds
9:00 a.m: Plain oatmeal with water, cinnamon, honey, banana.
1:00 p.m: Falafel sandwich, only a few fries
4:00 p.m: Fibre bar
Exercise (7:30 p.m): Ran like 2k. I was outside and it started to rain. Did something at least.
8:30 p.m: This. In a pan I had a bunch of random veggies, spaghetti squash and coconut oil.
