I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: 2 hard boiled eggs
1:15 p.m: Brown rice, tofu and green bean thing. I also had a veggie soup with it.
4:30 p.m: Fibre bar, 2 starburst candies
Exercise (5:30 p.m): 1 hr with the trainer
8:00 p.m: Banana, few almonds
8:30 p.m: Mix of parsley, green onion, too much garlic, tomato, wheatberry, salt, lemon juice, olive oil.
