Saturday

12:45 p.m: Scrambled eggs and Brussels sprouts. The usual go to breakfast.

Exercise (2:00 p.m): 35 mins on treadmill at 3.5 mph.

4:00 p.m: Rice milk, frozen berries, protein powder.

9:00 p.m: Sushi. Later than I wanted it what're ya gonna do.
