I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: Banana 1:00 p.m: A salad. It was good. Lots of veggies.
4:00 p.m: Some sun chips were had.
5:00 p.m: A bit of the left over tabouli from last night.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp
8:00 p.m: Protein shake from the gym. Almond milk, banana, protein powder, almond butter, glutamine.
