I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

9:00 a.m: Banana
1:00 p.m: Fritatta and salad.
4:30 p.m: Apple
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr boot camp
8:30 p.m: Few almonds
9:00 p.m: Home made tabouli. Parsley, wheatberry, green onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, tomato. Then the other is pancakes. Yes. Random. But these are sooo good an delicious!! Thanks to the mishkebob for the recipe. It was 2 eggs, 1 banana and some almond butter. Healthy pancakes do exist!! When I start to eat sugar again these are going to taste delicious with some maple syrup.
