I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

8:00 a.m: Almonds
1:00 p.m: Salad and frittata.
Had boot camp but went to the wrong place. Long story, you don't care. Whatever. I worked out for 8 days straight. I need two days off til the next one. Friday boot camp is on!
7:45 p.m: Exact same dinner as yesterday. Check it.
