Back pain. Why? Too much working out? My next potential break day is Thursday so tough it out, body! Last session with the trainer tonight and boot camp again tomorrow and Friday.

8:00 a.m: Handful of almonds

12:15 p.m: Mushroom soup and veggie wrap.

I also had a few grapes in the afternoon.

Exercise (6:00 p.m): 1 hr with trainer

8:00 p.m: Salad. Arugula, tomato, green onion, goat cheese, almonds, lemon juice, olive oil, salt. Broccoli and hummus.
