I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Cold, rainy day today. I'm wearing a sweater, love it.
12:30 p.m: A delicious salad. See below. All kinds of good stuff in there.
Later on...
It was a co- workers going away and there was chips, Street Fighter and a pub. I had a grilled cheese with ceaser salad. I felt gross.
