Sunday

Great weather. BBQ later... Perfect!

Exercise (12:30 p.m): 3.5km run. Again, wearing black pants and t-shirt on a Summer's day while exercising, bad choice. The shady parts were my friend.

2:00 p.m: Protein powder, water, ice. Blend!

6:30 p.m: I was starving at this point. Luckily there was delicious food at the BBQ. One of the best I've ever been too fo sho. Not gonna list it out but it was healthy dinner but way too much dessert. Home made creme brûlée? Yes please!
