I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

2:00 p.m: Banana
4:00 p.m: Some chips
6:00 p.m: 2 veggie burgers and some salad I made. It was broccoli, chickpeas, red pepper with Greek yogurt and feta as dressing. Oh there was cake too.
Moral of the story here is never go out with friends because clearly you can't control yourself with temptation.
