I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Day one of two week vacation. All I can think about is that I hope work is going on. That'll take me a few days to get over.
11:00 a.m: Banana
1:00 p.m: Handful of almonds
Exercise (2:00 p.m): 45 mins on treadmill
3:30 p.m: Stir fry. Bunch of veggies fried in coconut oil and that Kraft cream cheese cooking cream. Sweet potato in there too.
