I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

Late night at work. Booooo.
1:30 p.m: A huge salad from Fresh. Lots of stuff in it. Seemed healthy enough.
I may or may not have had some chocolates from the front desk... then some popcorn. it's 8 p.m as I type this so not sure what I'd eat at home - if anything. Bedtime.
10:00 p.m: Pita and hummus. Boiled brusells sprouts.
