Vacation is almost over but you know what? I actually miss work and the people there. Guess that's a good thing!

2:30 p.m: 2 scrambled eggs with coconut oil and spinach. Kale chips. I also had a few of the Nutella bites I made yesterday.
Exercise (6:15 p.m): 1 hr at the gym

7:45 p.m: A salad I thought would taste like crap because it's healthy but was pretty good! Arugula, green onion, boiled sweet potato and brussels sprouts, almonds, lemon juice, olive oil, S&P.


  1. my wish for today is that the arugula salad had some sort of vinegar in the dressing.
