I was on a mission to lose 30 pounds. I did it, then I gained most of it back. Been blogging everything I've eaten and all exercise since early 2011. I only drink water, no soda, coffee or alcohol. Female, 29, Toronto. Current thing: Back to losing weight.

I slept in like nobodies business today.
1:30 p.m:2 rice cakes, cashew butter, banana. New thing.
Exercise (3:15 p.m): Spent an hour at the gym.
Made these Nutella bites. I love Nutella so to find an alternative that's healthier is amazing.
Messy for the counter!
8:00 p.m: Went to a veggie Asian restaurant with friends. Amazing but way too much soy. Don't even get me started about the pecan mini blizzard I had from Dairy Queen later. Nom Nom. Cheat day!
