I weighed myself this morning and I gained like 2 pounds. :( That devastates me. I'm back in a category of #'s I don't want to be in. Ugggggggh. Shitty week.

12:00 p.m: The usual. Scrambled eggs, bok choy, sweet potato, garlic, broccoli all fried in coconut oil.
Exercise (4:30 p.m): 1 hr boxing in the ring.

5:45 p.m: Protein power and water

7:00 p.m: Almonds

Exercise (7:00 p.m): 30 mins on treadmill, running.

8:15 p.m: Home made guacamole (avocado, garlic, lemon, cilantro, S&P), baby carrots
9:00 p.m: Grapes, 5 of them were covered in goat cheese and chopped almonds. Yum.
