Sunday

9:30 a.m: 1 hard boiled egg. Broccoli and sweet potato fried in coconut oil.

Exercise (1:30 p.m): 2 hours at the gym. Did cardio but mostly boxing with the heavy bags. It was amazing. A friend/past co-worker/fellow boxer in training was there with me. She filmed some of it. Uh oh! I'm sure that'll appear somewhere.

3:30 p.m: Protein powder and water.

4:30 p.m: Small bag of those crisy mini rice cake things.

5:30 p.m: Homemade tabouli. Tomato, garlic, wheatberry, green onion, salt and pepper, olive oil, lemon juice
9:00 p.m: 2 rice cakes with hazelnut butter and a banana

I think I've overdone it with rice cakes today.
